About me

I’m now a Postdoctoral Scholar of Genome Sciences at University of Washington. I’m currently studying the extrachromosomal DNA-chromatin interactions using 3D genome conformation assays, such as ChIA-PET and ChIA-Drop, and integrate these data with Cut & Tag, ChIP-seq and RNA-seq.
